John, You Will Dearly Missed.
John finally got wings of
his own John ÒB.K.Ó Andrew Burchak, 62, died April 6, 2005, in his
Pinon Hills home.
He was born in Brownsville, Pa., and he lived in San Bernardino
County for 22 years.
John was an air traffic controller for 43 years, of which he
worked for civil service at Edwards
Air Force Base. He retired from the Army after 23 years. He is
survived by his wife and friend of 35 years,
Gloria Burchak of Apple Valley; his daughters, Michele Rusiewski
and her husband, Michael of Fullerton,
Diann Burchak of San Luis Obispo, and Laura Jambazian and her
husband, Steve of Apple Valley;
grandchildren, Hannah Rusiewski, Carla Jambazian, Stephen
Jambazian (who knew him as ÒGrumpa JohnÓ);
and his sister, Betty Sutton of Versailles, Pa.
